Energy Conservation

Service Description

One-time education and demonstration on energy conservation techniques. Our therapist will create an exercise routine for you to implement at home which includes a BORG scale rating, HR calculation for optimal function and a conditioning program in order for you to rebuild stamina and return to your activities of daily living

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen, but please respect our time. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call to cancel your appointment, preferably 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment less than 2 hours prior to the start of your session, you will be assessed a CANCELLATION fee. If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before the start of your appointment AND you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (no call, no show), you will be assessed a NO SHOW fee and may not be able to book future services with us.
