Service Description

45 minute Re-Evaluation in order to determine appropriate continued frequency. Re-Evaluation to completed every 30 days or after 10 sessions, depending on your insurance

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen, but please respect our time. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call to cancel your appointment, preferably 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment less than 2 hours prior to the start of your session, you will be assessed a CANCELLATION fee. If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before the start of your appointment AND you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (no call, no show), you will be assessed a NO SHOW fee and may not be able to book future services with us.
