Stretch + Heat or Ice

Service Description

If you're feeling in one body part (or several), this is the service for you. Receive a localized stretch session, which include manual techniques in order to decrease pain and muscle guarding, improve ROM and function and help your body restore homeostasis. This service also includes 10-15 minutes of heat OR ice. $50 for one body part/$80 for two or more body parts

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen, but please respect our time. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call to cancel your appointment, preferably 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment less than 2 hours prior to the start of your session, you will be assessed a CANCELLATION fee. If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before the start of your appointment AND you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (no call, no show), you will be assessed a NO SHOW fee and may not be able to book future services with us.
